You would be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
-Providing quality care to the residents.
-Observe residents, chart and report changes in resident’s conditions.
-Assist with admits to the facility and discharges from the facility.
-Attend nursing meetings.
-Make written and oral documentation to the Director of Nursing, while maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records.
-Monitor staff absenteeism
-Report any emergency to the Director of Nursing.
-Monitor quality of care.
-Monitor medication passes and treatments.
-Maintain good communication between staff, residents, and families.
-Must have good verbal communication with in house and outside physicians.
-Authorize use of restraints.
-Inform family and funeral home of deaths.
-Review nurse’s notes.
-Ensure all nursing areas are clean.
-Answer resident call lights and determine how to assist them.
-Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess resident’s condition.

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care under the supervision of nurses. This role offers the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including assisted living, acute care, and senior care. There are day, evening and night shifts available.
Responsibilities:
– Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
– Take and record vital signs
– Ensure patients’ rooms are clean and comfortable
– Provide emotional support to patients and their families
– Assist nurses with medical procedures as needed
– Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
– Current Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
– Experience in caregiving, senior care, or acute care settings
– Knowledge of anatomy and body systems
– Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
– Prior experience is a plus
